Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us.


Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice 25% of the appointment is charged. Under 24 hours: 50% of appointment is charged. Under 12 hours, 100%. Appointments left unconfirmed at 12 hours prior will be cancelled. Not showing up to your reservation is a 100% charge. These fees will be due before a new appointment is reserved.


We may consider adjusting this policy due to Covid-19.



To ensure the safety of our Team and Guests, the guidelines below are mandatory when visiting Melange:

  • Only guests with a scheduled appointment will be able to enter.

  • Please come alone to your appointment. No children, partners, family, friends or pets.

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

  • Due to the increased sanitation required between guests, if you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or downgrade your service to fit the time reserved for your visit.

  • Wash and sanitize your hands upon arrival & before entering the salon.

  • Guests (including children) must wear a properly fitting mask at all times. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you for a small fee. (We DO NOT have child size masks available) If you do not wish to wear a mask, we will not be able to see you for a service at this time.

  • Same-day retail sales are available to those with a reservation. Online ordering is available for curbside pick up.

  • Please limit personal belongings to the essentials.

  • Please reschedule if you are feeling ill or symptomatic.

Clean Air Environment

We are a salon free of artificial scents and ask that you please refrain from wearing any fragrances or perfume while visiting.

Gift Cards

Please present any special offers or Gift Cards/Certificates you have upon check in.

Service Guarantee

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know by email or telephone within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge*.

Retail Guarantee

Should you make a retail purchase with which you are unsatisfied, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase. Not accepting returns during Covid.

*Not applicable to color corrections or services that require multiple sessions to achieve. Must be using recommended  home care products. Subject to management approval.
