We will walk you through the reservation process so you're sure to be set up for success. Fill out our New Guest Booking form to make it easy!
You'll receive an email or text reminder 72 hours before each visit with the option to confirm or reschedule your visit. You will also receive a consultation form prior to your appointment, please complete to ensure that we are ready to take care of you.

Through our innovative consultation process that begins with an online form, you'll be 100% confident, relaxed, and excited from start to finish.
We will talk about your past, present, and future hair goals to ensure we create a sustainable plan you absolutely love.
We also have loads of drinks and snacks on offer for your comfort. Each station has a phone charger with all connections. We'll even have a gift for you! Your ease and happiness are our top priority.

The service doesn't end once you leave!
We will ask you for feedback on your experience, with the option of leaving a review. We send out frequent offers, and your interactions with us gain you points in our loyalty program. Our system sends out reminders for when it is time to reserve your next visit with us, too! You might even get a special treat on your birthday.
